Tarantula Addicts is a community focused on the research and education outreach for exotic animals with an emphasis on invertebrates. It is our mission to raise awareness and improve standards of care by bridging the gap between the communities of keepers, scientists, and behaviour technologists. In an industry where evidence-based animal care is all too often forgotten; finding information about proper husbandry, enrichment, and research about an animal is made difficult. This community is heavily reliant on the citizen science contributions of passionate and forward-thinking breeders, caretakers and guardians from around the world; to ease the access of information about these animals we have grown to love and care for.
