The RFL is a competitive Simulation League on Madden 20 which has absolutely no requirements to play unlike other sim leagues which require Madden 20. The league is a Custom Franchise using customized team art (custom fields, custom logos, custom uniforms, etc) for all 32 teams and all controlled by real human GMs. All teams are based in US state capitals. Teams can be moved to other state capitals or rebrand their teams identity during the offseason.
