The Young Americans Coalition for Unity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to engaging youth in politics and promoting unity and bipartisanship. The YACU fulfills this mission through a variety of activities such as speaker series, biweekly YACU-Cons, our regular volunteer meetings, where we also have campaign spotlights, and policy problem discussions. We are the only nonpartisan and bipartisan youth organization dedicated to the mission that we have, meaning that we do not endorse candidates, policies, and parties, but we do strongly encourage all members to fully express their own opinions.
The YACU has four volunteer teams: communications, digital, organizing, and political. Our volunteer structure reflects that of a political campaign in efforts to make our opportunities as realistic as possible. In addition, all members are welcome to be part of as many teams as they are interested in for all to explore their interests and gain experience in a variety of fields.
