The Ark Saga began in 2010 under the name Red Ribbon of Fate as a passion project. Over the past 12 years it has seen many iterations. The Ark Saga is created by Aria and still actively worked on to this day. The project went public on 22/08/2021. Within last year the project has already reached many of its goals and has grown out to become a team effort.
Currently the team consists of 7 people including the creator. The team strives to make a story that is more than just a novel, but also seek to branch out to other types of media in the future. The project already has had some trials for audio. And since the 12 year anniversary which was on 14/08/2022, there has been a push towards art.
Since the start of the publishing journey, the creator has been active in the community and organizing many events for members to partake in. These are planned well in advance. There is also a massive blogpost every three months or so revealing the plans that the team has for the project in the weeks and months to come.
The Ark Saga operates under a Creative Commons Non-Commercial ShareAlike license and hopes to also be a project in which anyone feels the freedom to create.
