A Team Only Works With Cooperation. There‘ll always be a star player on a team. The team this player partakes in will fall apart without them. The players this group partake in will crumble down without the star player. What I just explained works the same with a Collective. There will always be an artist at the top of the group. This artist's job is to carry and teach fellow members. The members must help the top artist as well. Think of it as an atom; if the members within this group do not bond nor help, the atom will not be an atom, it will be a bunch of electrons/protons trying to better the other protons/electrons while the neutrons still cooperate with both sides. In this metaphor, the neutrons are the part of the group that sticks together. The protons and electrons represent the part of the group that cannot get along or work together to better each other. Without cooperating electrons, neutrons, protons, star players, members, etc the team or collective, in this instance, will not work.
