NEWLY REVAMPED FROM THE GROUND-UP, THIS IS FATE/OVERTURE!

Something is stirring in the Netherlands' countryside, the small tourist-trap city of Aalstdam is suddenly brought to the forefront of the underground world of Mages, as rumors of a special Holy Grail War behind held there finally reach the Clocktower. Unlike the previous Fuyuki wars, it appears a sect of the Church has finally perfected Heaven's Feel.

Do you tire of absurd universe-ending plots? Do you miss the glory days of a tightly-knit community crafting a story all their own? Fate/Overture is a server modeled after what we remember as the glory days of roleplaying servers, where story was a collaborative effort between all involved!

Fate/Overture promises a modernized Holy Grail War and roleplay experience, made by a group of veteran roleplayers with years perfecting what we do. We enforce only some basic literacy requirements, preferring to simply enjoy ourselves in the fun of things rather than be particularly strict! Expect some combat, romance, mystery, horror, and so much more as the rural city of Aalstdam rapidly becomes home to another group of tourists, the decidedly magical kind.

Featuring:

1. ZERO restrictions on Servant Classes, make anything (within reason) and jump right in!
2. A totally-open Human system, from OCs to canon bloodlines!
3. A super simple and relaxed character submission process.
4. No stat progression/dice rolls, letting ANYONE get right to the fun, regardless of meaningless server-grinding!
5. A lack of most powerscaling. While obviously many Servants vary in strength, Narrative comes first!
6. One of the most experienced mod teams in the business. We've seen it all, and like to think of ourselves as knowledgeable, respecting, and generally laid-back.

If you're looking for the perfect Fate server, this may just be it, so hop in and give us a try! Fate/Overture may just be waiting for YOU as well!
