We're more than just a community, this is a movement for mental wellness.

We are a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit mental health support community dedicated to connection, advocacy, and peer-led support. While many people join us during challenging moments, our community is not defined by illness, it’s built by people who care about mental health, believe in lifting others up, and want to be part of something meaningful.

At the heart of our mission are three core programs:

? Wings of Wellness Fundraising Program: Our peer-to-peer fundraising initiative empowers community members to advocate for mental health while earning meaningful rewards. Every contribution directly supports our programs and helps expand access to peer support, events, and wellness initiatives, turning advocacy into real impact.

? Peer Support Program: We offer structured, non-clinical peer support through private ticket-based assistance, confidential venting spaces, and an LGBTQ+ support channel. Our trained volunteers provide compassionate listening and guidance in a safe, respectful environment. This program exists for anyone who wants to talk or for those who want to support others.

? Gamers for Wellness Program: Connection doesn’t always start with conversation. Through inclusive gaming, community events, movie nights, live streams, and group activities, Gamers for Wellness brings people together in positive, engaging ways that support mental well-being through shared experiences.

You do not need to be struggling to belong here. Many members join simply because they care about mental health, want to reduce stigma, and believe everyone deserves respect, dignity, and support.
