1000+ Years after the events of arc 3. ?

All the tribes live separately, all of them living in harmony. Trades and treaties keep as normal. A group of RainWing scientists are experimenting on a couple of infected scavengers, unaware that the disease affects the dragons just as badly. In result, two of the scientists lose their lives, while the others dump the infected scavengers to die in MudWing territory.

A plague begins to spread. The MudWings get the worst of it, the deadly illness ||killing|| them from the inside out, this spread quickly as the germs stuck into the mud, sharing of food, and the close-knit bundles of siblings. The surviving and seemingly unaffected royalty fled to the kingdom of sand, but what does this mean for the sand kingdom? In desperation for their home back, the Mudwings made treaties with the Skywings first seen animus in centuries, convincing the Queen to hand her off to pair with a Mudwing royal and come up with a way to cure the sickness.

The tribes, however, can't help but worry what magic means for the tribe, with some now turning to divine demand as false hope.
