BlackWatch Network is an independent investigation and online safety network focused on receiving reports, reviewing information, analyzing evidence, documenting harmful activity, and connecting trusted communities and organizations.

Our work focuses on responsible investigation, OSINT, evidence documentation, community security, child safety, and information sharing. We provide a structured environment where reports can be submitted, reviewed, organized, and, when appropriate, investigated or referred to organizations that are better positioned to take legitimate action.

BlackWatch is built around a simple principle:

We believe that useful investigations should be based on evidence and context rather than speculation, harassment, or unnecessary public exposure. A report does not automatically constitute a verified allegation, and information that cannot be independently supported is treated accordingly.

Our reporting process is designed to reduce the burden on reporters. People do not need to construct a complete investigation before submitting a concern. Relevant information can be reviewed and organized by BlackWatch, with additional verification or documentation pursued where appropriate.

We also maintain structured case and evidence workflows designed to keep investigations reviewable and ensure that sensitive information is handled according to its relevance and access requirements. Restricted information is managed on a need-to-know basis, and public documentation is subject to appropriate privacy and evidence standards.

BlackWatch works with trusted communities, investigators, technical specialists, and organizations where our goals and standards overlap. Partnerships and affiliations do not automatically provide access to BlackWatch's internal cases, evidence, or administrative systems.

BlackWatch is not law enforcement and does not replace direct reporting to platforms, authorities, child-safety organizations, or other organizations capable of taking action. Our role is to help information become organized, reviewable, and responsibly communicated so that it can reach the people or organizations best equipped to act.

We do not support unauthorized access, harassment, doxxing, retaliation, raids, fabricated evidence, or interference with legitimate investigations.
