The Universe suffered immensely when the Daleks waged war against the Time Lords. Across all of time and space, everything became the battleground as the two groups gave it their all to annihilate each other from the space time continuum. That is, until one individual put a stop to it all, banishing the Time Lords to a pocket universe while the Daleks were nearly wiped out.

Years passed and time has begun changing. Due to various methods the Time Lords have returned from their pocket universe. The Daleks slowly, but surely, rebuild their forces to once again prove their superiority. Standing in-between is the rest of the universe, dozens upon dozens of races with their own role in this universe.

So where do you fall? Are you another human hoping to make it aboard a colonist ship? A Cyberman hoping to upgrade all of civilization to be just like you? Perhaps a Weeping Angel, hunting your prey to drain them of the moments they could have had? Your choice, decision, and your time to make a stand!
