War breaks out when the founder of BoulderClan is found dead in the lake. Murdered by the FrostClan deputy after a desperate hope to find a connection to the afterlife. The warfare continues over the next 100 moons. BoulderClan changes to RockClan to honor their lost and continues to search for divine intervention in hopes they can bring their fallen back to life. With the tyranny and abuse of Frost’s new leader, the deputy and many warriors flee and start a new clan; PineClan.

Now, the leaders of Frost and BoulderClan are dead and there is a chance to end the war. Tensions are high and there is a divide within the clans. Frost is renamed to IceClan in an attempt to erase their past. Their new leader is determined to make peace though RockClan’s leader isn’t so forgiving...

++About the Clans++

IceClan, previously under abusive power the new leader works hard to undo old traditions and establish trust amongst the clan. IceClan is split between those who are eager for change, and those who resent it.

RockClan, raised to believe in the importance of life and honoring the dead, the previous leader was obsessed with searching for StarClan, so much so he often left his clan alone to fend for themselves. The new leader isn’t so ready to accept Ice’s peace offering.

PineClan, made up of tired and bitter members of the other clans, PineClan is led by IceClan’s former deputy and is made up of a council rather than the typical leader/deputy dynamic. Here the cats learn all of the disciplines. Though the clan is much more peaceful, there is opportunity for tension between the members and differing ideas/differing clan origins.
