This server primarily focuses on independent cable interrupter systems used by some North American cities/counties for broadcasting emergency hazard info. Some people refer to these as "Local Access Alerts" despite little to no info hinting at such a term. However, we offer limited chat on the old Emergency Broadcast System (EBS), CONELRAD, and somewhat of the Emergency Alert System in the U.S. Though, we are open for those to share and learn about different types of mass notification systems across the globe!
