In a world where roughly 80% of the population is born with some sort of super power, a “quirk”; one school has a “hero course”, allowing graduates to becomes professional heroes! This is known as UA High school! Recently they have opened a “reserve course” for the “quirkless” people, people born with no powers. These people must indeed, accelerate at a certain skill or talent, be an “Ultimate” if you will.
