The Idea

As a developer myself, I am never short of ideas for side projects, and seem to have a constant backlog of them. However, the problem I always have is designing the user interfaces, as I am not trained in it, and not very good at it! Therefore, I took to Reddit to try and find a designer, and the response was overwhelming: there was so many designers looking for jobs and ways to improve their portfolio.

Therefore, the idea for this server was born: a way to bring together designers and developers to work together, and produce some great work.

The Server

Aspiring Developers & Designers is a server for positive, forward-thinking people who are keen to work with others. You can join whether you are a designer or a developer (or both) and use the server to chat to people in the same profession as you, or to find the next designer or developer to work with you.

We welcome any skill level, although with an emphasis on people who are relatively new to either profession as this is the perfect place to grow and build up your portfolio.
