-- The year is 2024. For the past few decades there has been no sign of voldemort and Death Eaters, which makes most people feel safe and believe that everything is going to be fine. But what they don't know is that this is just the quite before the storm.

In hogwarts everything is peaceful, the school is thriving with students leaving happy with great grades. The school seems safe after the ministry re-enforced it after what happened with voldemort. With new students arriving to the school every year there is the chance that something minor happens. But nothing drastic has ever happened.

With the threat of war in the muggle world there is a group of parents who believe that the ministry is controlling the wizarding community, so they have planned to try and overrun the ministry. But this is difficult so they are using their kids to take control of hogwarts to show that the ministry should see them as a threat and fear them.

This group of parents and students go by the name of the council and are planning to bring anarchy over the wizarding world and then hopefully bring destruction and ruin to the muggle.
