The Foshcord is the home of Foshwave, a multi-genre music collective/community specializing in thematical compilations.

The Foshcord server is the hub for all Fosh related news, discussions, and more!

What is Foshwave?
*  Foshwave is a music label/collective/community with roots in electronic genres. Our goal is to create a diverse & inclusive community of artists that are free to express themselves through their creations. The Fosh community is also meant to be a space where anyone can chill and have discussions about their favorite media.

What can I find here? 
* The Foshcord hosts a concise number of channel for general topics, and a music-production forum that is open to beginners and professionals alike. You can find lots of resources, tips & tricks, and other types of cool content here.

How do compilations work?
* Foshwave intermittently hosts thematic compilations, where we produce and write music around a central theme or challenge. For example, our 2021 compilation was winter-themed. Participants are given a prompt/challenge, and create music based around it. The songs are then compiled together and eventually released on music stores. All profits from these compilations are then donated in support of non-profit organizations such as The Ocean Cleanup, Ocean Conservancy, and the Ocean Voyages Institute. We are not officially partnered with or endorsed by any of these organizations.

I want to release music on Foshwave. What do I do? 
* We intermittently release singles, albums, and compilations on Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, and other common music platforms. Please keep in mind that Foshwave is primarily meant for electronic music; if you do not engage with it as a genre, this community may not be for you. While most submissions are generally accepted, there is no gurantee that you will get a release on Foshwave.
